Why we built ClearKey
ClearKey started with a simple frustration: understanding the true picture behind a property listing was harder than it should be.
Anyone who has seriously searched for a home knows the pattern. You end up with browser tabs open across multiple portals, a spreadsheet to track what you’ve viewed, screenshots of prices in case they change, notes about local schools researched separately, and a nagging sense that you’re probably missing something.
The information exists — it’s just scattered. Property history across different listing cycles, market conditions by area, how long comparable homes have been sitting unsold, how a postcode compares to neighbouring ones. Pulling it together takes time and effort that most buyers simply don’t have.
ClearKey is an attempt to make that process simpler and more transparent — to give buyers the context they need, in one place, without requiring hours of background research.
